Family Program

Being a family child care provider can be a satisfying career. You can make a concrete difference in the lives of the children and parents you serve. It is also a chance to own and run your own business. Many family child care providers start their business while they still have young children of their own, and continue providing family child care long after their own children are grown.

Child Care Link has the licensing applications you will need to begin the process of becoming state registered or licensed. By appointment or phone, technical assistance is provided to assist you through the application process.

We have a loan program available on a first come - first - served basis to help offset the costs of getting started.

In addition, we have a take - home resource unit filled available with information on how to start a new program. Child Care Link also offers the new provider orientation that is required by licensing to help get you going on the right foot.  The following links may help you get started.
