Provider Services

New Provider Orientation

State Law requires all registered/licensed facilities to attend a basic orientation within 90 days of approval. We offer this orientation quarterly. Call for dates, times and location.

Resource Lending Library

Equipment, resource materials, games, and activities for early childhood development are available to child care providers.  The library is open 6-8 pm on the first Tuesday of each month.

Child Care Provider Training and Skill Development

Training opportunities for all child care practitioners are available on an ongoing basis.  These sessions offer net-working with other child care professionals and multi-level training opportunities.  Our staff is motivated to assist providers in offering quality child care through continued Early Education.

New Provider and Program Recruitment

Would you like to do child care in your home?  Are you interested in opening a child care center?  We can assist you through the registration process to become licensed or registered by the State of Montana.  We can also explain the specific types of care that are needed in your area.  Packets to become registered/ licensed are available through our office.

If you would like to work at home, child care is a wonderful way to contribute to your family's income.  Caring for six children, you could earn up to $1200 or more per month.  This does not include the Child Care Food Program reimbursement.  For more information, please see the following links.
