All programs require an application and placement on a wait list. Length of time varies for each program. Families are selected for participation by application time and date without discrimination. Section 8 rental assistance is available through this office as well as other housing options. We recently began work on a Mutual Self Help housing project.

Enables eligible participants to live in safe, decent, and affordable
housing. The participating low-income families will not pay more than 30%-40% of
their adjusted monthly income for housing costs.
